Having to pay for plates when surely this is standard at hotels? Absurd. The promised bed count was mysteriously absent. I almost thought about leaving a positive review, but alas, couldn't bring myself to it. Just wow.

it was comfy, contemporary and with full length mirror. having a toothpaste and a toothbrush was a bonus.

New-fashioned spotless room with a super good bathroom. The staff were very friendly and assisted us with free parking.

Impeccably clean and little hotel with particularly good view of the hills. Decent and exceptionally nice location in secure area, really close to the main bars in town, department stores, and quiet area...

The room was really clean, but the faulty safe was a hassle.

The Premier Beautiful Double room was clean and decent, with a quiet air con unit which was a plus. I loved that it had two comfy double beds. The bathroom was kind of cramped, though. The shower design made it tricky to move around, and I bumped my head a couple of times. I appreciated the value for money and the nice service by the staff, especially at breakfast.

the wifi was terrible (had to go to the lobby for it! ). the room was clean and well-appointed, and the staff were always friendly. breakfast was delicious with great variety. check-in was smooth, loved it!

Good place with great amenities like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and in-room breakfast. On my first stay, the staff even helped me get a cold drink in the heat. Highly recommend for any city break!

The breakfast was a hit with all of us, particularly the longaniza. Plus, being close to various restaurants made it easy to grab meals together. My dad appreciated the fast Wi-Fi for his needs.

For dads, it would be great if there were more kid-friendly amenities.

Clean and Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

I recently spent a couple of nights in a Premier Beautiful Double room, which wasnice and neat with great amenities like a hot/cold shower and daily bottled water. The complimentary breakfast had a solid variety, including Filipino classics and an abundance of fruits. I found the bathrooms to be a bit small, and there were some unexpected charges for bringing towels outside which was not clearly communicated at check-in.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-located near Robinson's and tourist spots. The staff was very approachable, contributing to a positive experience. The restaurant offered good food options, though I hope for an expanded menu in the future.
